Anjali comes to you - Your yoga session takes place in the comfort of your own home.
Beginners are the best - If you are new to yoga, starting with 1:1 privates will set you up for success. You'll get direct and confident instruction on your practice.
Choose your vibe - Want to practice yoga to your favorite type of music? You got it. Want it to be silent? We understand. Don't know what to listen to? Anjali has playlists ready for you.
Pick your sessions - You and Anjali will work together and create a schedule that fits best with your lifestyle. Choose to do sessions 1-2X a week. We just ask for a 1 month commitment. Consistency is key when applying yoga into your routine.
