Protein Packed Pasta Salad



Pasta salad is my favorite in the summer time, especially taking it to the beach or for camping! So easy.

I have been using Banza noodles lately and I’m in love! They are made out of chickpeas. Little carbs, lots of protein!

RECIPE:

Ready? It's super easy.

Go find yourself some BANZA noodles.

Boil em'

Place al dente noodles in a bowl and add:

-Sliced black olives

-Sliced grape tomatoes

-Chopped red onion

-Chopped cucumber

-Chopped green pepper

Add whatever else you want!

Feta cheese would probably be good with this too.

I topped with Italian Dressing and a little salt and pepper.
