Working as a private yoga teacher, I am committed to providing you with the attention and support needed for a more personal practice. My clients are people who are burnt out from working in high stress environments or lacking time to make studio classes. I provide restorative and Hatha yoga asana, breath-work, and mobility practices with safe instruction that is unique to your own needs / goals.

The intro session consists of a brief 5-10 minute phone call for me to introduce myself and see what your interests are for private sessions together. We can set up a date and time that will work for your schedule.
Our first session together will be a mixture of breath observation, and some key yoga asana (postures) in order for me to conduct an affective practice to benefit you. I will bring yoga props that may be needed in case they are not available to you already. After the session is over we will talk about package options and session consistency.
5 Session Package
The 5 class package gives you the flexibility to schedule your sessions with me in a time manner that best works for you. We can do 1-2 sessions a week, creating a regular, but less frequent practice. This package expires 1 month after the first session is completed.
8 Week Private Course.
An investment in yourself and your health.
This course will teach you body awareness, strength, and flexibility for your unique practice. This package is a commitment for those who want to maintain a regular practice.
The course consists of two 60 minute sessions per week for 8 weeks. In this time, you can expect to see growth in the areas we work on together, receive weekly videos and homework flows designed to guide you in your practice when we are not meeting. You will gain better understanding of how yoga works for you and the tools to guide yourself through a home practice alone.
